With our virtual "Home Is Where The Heart Is - 24/7 Event", All That & More Events MN will be dedicated and determined to bring Shoppers and Exhibitors together whenever it is convenient for them and from the comfort of everyone's "happy places".
With teamwork, this will be the "ultimate" event ever. Although this is a very new concept, we want it to be as simple as possible, fun and less stressfull than other event venues for everyone - so All That & More Events MN staff wants to say "THANK YOU" in advance for all your help in making our "24/7 Event" the best it can be.
Let's get this party started by getting Shoppers and Exhibitors connected:
1) Exhibitors and Shoppers, here are just a few of the most popular and free video chat apps available. Please click on any of them for more information, which device platforms they work with and links to downloads.

All That & More Events MN's staff will help get everyone set up with the video chat app that works for them whether it is for the PC, their mobile devices or both.
2) Exhibitors** and Shoppers, please complete the 24/7 Event 30-Day Subscription application as thoroughly as possible.
**Exhibitors, the more detailed the information you provide on the 30-Day Subscription application describing your products and services, etc. the more specific your Exhibitor list will be for the 24/7 Event Shoppers to review and choose from when creating their personal event experience. All That & More Events MN staff will be passing along whatever you write down for product/services information.
~ The "24/7 Event" Shopper's subscription provides 30 days unlimited shopping for $10.00.***
~ The "24/7 Event" Exhibitor's subscription provides 30 days unlimited product display time for $30.00.***
~ ***Both subscriptions have a FREE 7-Day trial period for new subscribers.
~ With the completed 30-Day Subscription application, All That & More Events MN staff will be able to provide:
a) Shoppers with a list of all the Exhibitors and their products
b) Shoppers with the video chat app(s) and email addresses our Exhibitors are using
c) Shoppers with the Exhibitor's schedules/hours when they are available for video chat and showcasing their products/services. This can be day, night, before work/school, after work/school, before meals, lunch breaks, after meals, when kids are in bed or even if at an event they are already participating in and they know they may have down time - if they don't have the down time they thought they might have, they can always provide a better time frame in the future
d) Shoppers with new Exhibitors starting and their pertinent contact information and schedules
e) Shoppers with Exhibitor's schedule changes (if there are any) and updated information every day by 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm and 7:00pm Central Standard Time. Updated information will be sent out through emails (please be sure that our emails are not going into your Junk/Spam folders and check back often) or by texts (Shopper's preference).
3) Referrals will help build our "24/7 Event" audience and will expand our list of Exhibitors that Shoppers can choose from and also the list of Shoppers that Exhibitors can showcase their products to - so if you know anyone who would love to join us in this new event experience, please be sure to have them write down your name in the "referral area" when they complete the 30-Day Subscription application to receive the following discounts:
~ 24/7 Event Shoppers and 24/7 Event Exhibitors who refer new subscribing Shoppers to All That & More Events MN staff will receive $2.00 off for each "new to our 24/7 Event subscriber" on their next 30-Day Subscription (not to exceed the $10.00 and $30.00 30-day subscription prices).
~ 24/7 Event Shoppers and 24/7 Event Exhibitors who refer new subscribing Exhibitors to All That & More Events MN staff will receive $2.00 off for each "new to our 24/7 Event subscriber" on their next 30-Day Subscription (not to exceed the $10.00 and $30.00 30-day subscription prices).
4) For Exhibitors only.....please complete the Form ST-19 for this virtual "24/7 Event" like you normally would for any other MN event you participate in - the only difference will be where you fill in the event date(s).....you will fill in the dates that correspond to your 30-Day Subscription.
5) Shoppers and Exhibitors, please click here for a "24/7 Event" Schedule Planner that you can use (if you don't have one you rather use already on hand).
6) After completing the form(s), lists and schedules, Exhibitors and Shoppers please review the payment options and how to send your 30-Day Subscription payment along with all paperwork to our All That & More Events MN office. These options can be found towards the bottom of the 24/7 Event 30-Day Subscription application or you can always contact us at (612) 412-2241 and ask for Desiree or email us with any questions you may have.
7) Punch Cards can still be used for our "24/7 Event". A 30-Day Subscription will = 1 punch towards the discounted prices for upcoming events including discounts for a new 30-Day Subscription. Please review Attendee Punch Card and Exhibitor Punch Card webpages if you would like more information about these discounts.
8) Our "24/7 Event" Shoppers will contact the Exhibitors they are interested in video chatting with, via email to let them know when they would like to schedule their personal virtual event with the Exhibitor. Shoppers, please provide plenty of time/notice for the Exhibitor to prepare for your upcoming event experience or to work with you to reschedule if they are already booked with another Shopper at the time you were requesting.
a) Shoppers please refrain from contacting the Exhibitors (excluding emails) outside of their listed schedule times or times agreed upon between both parties. Abuse and/or harrassment reported will cancel subscriptions immediately without refunds.
b) If either Shopper or Exhibitor has scheduled a video chat session and they have to cancel or reschedule PLEASE inform parties involved as soon as you can so they can adjust their day's activities accordingly and/or schedule a video chat event session with someone else. We don't want to keep either side hanging and we have to respect each other's lives and schedules.
c) Providing telephone numbers between the Exhibitors and Shoppers is solely up to those parties involved. Our All That & More Events MN staff will NOT be providing this information and we suggest that you communicate through emails until both parties feel comfortable and secure with sharing more personal information.
d) During your "virtual event", Shoppers and Exhibitors please be sure to discuss how to purchase and receive items (meet at an agreed upon spot**, ship it, etc.) and any applicable sales tax necessary, at this time. **VERY IMPORTANT** Please be sure to practice SOCIAL DISTANCING to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Our 24/7 EVENT Product List is a generic list of products for you to browse through to give you an idea of what items, creations and services are presently available (constantly changing) to help you decide which Exhibitors you would like to start creating your "personal event experience" with. Once you become a "24/7 Event" Shopper, you will receive more detailed information linking the products with the Exhibitors selling them.
